WARRANTY (MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY)

GoElectric UAE is an authorized retailer of electric mobility brands including, but not limited to, Onsra, Ungoverned, TrackBoards, Ecomobile, and other selected manufacturers.
GoElectric UAE does not provide an independent or separate warranty. All products sold by GoElectric UAE are covered under the original manufacturer’s warranty, which we facilitate on behalf of the brand.

All products are covered by a one (1) year manufacturer's warranty from the date of purchase, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below and the respective brand’s warranty policy.

We are not liable for incidental or consequential loss or damage resulting directly or indirectly from the use of this product.

For your records, we recommend that you retain your original sales receipt along with your product manual and record the serial number within the manual for future reference.


Scope of Manufacturer's Warranty

From the date of purchase, products are eligible for a one-year free repair or replacement service for manufacturing defects, as determined and approved by the brand manufacturer. GoElectric UAE acts solely as an intermediary in coordinating inspection, approval, and processing of warranty claims with the manufacturer.

Repair timeframes depend on the manufacturer’s evaluation process and availability of parts and therefore cannot be guaranteed.


What is covered under the manufacturer's warranty?

The following components are generally covered for one (1) year under the manufacturer’s warranty against manufacturing defects (subject to individual brand policies):

  • Deck

  • Motors

  • Enclosure

  • Charger

  • Remote controller

  • Trucks

  • ESC

  • Battery

  • Electronic components

Warranty applies only to products purchased directly from GoElectric UAE or its authorized sales channels. Products purchased from third-party or unauthorized sellers are excluded.

Lithium batteries may be eligible for replacement within the warranty period provided they have not been tampered with or disassembled. It is recommended to charge the battery at least once every two weeks during periods of non-use. Accessories are not covered unless explicitly stated by the manufacturer.


What is NOT covered under the manufacturer's warranty?

The following are typically excluded:

  • Wheels / Bearings / Bushings / Grip Tape (wear and tear items)

  • Damage caused by misuse, improper maintenance, or improper storage

  • Damage not resulting from normal use

  • Damage caused by unauthorized modifications or repairs

  • Damage to person or property arising from product use

  • Normal battery degradation due to usage

  • Battery damage caused by improper charging or prolonged lack of charging


Conditions That May Invalidate Warranty Coverage

Warranty coverage may be denied under the following circumstances:

  • Impact damage, crashes, or accidental drops

  • Disassembly or repair not conducted according to manufacturer guidelines

  • Motor overload or excessive weight usage (e.g. carrying more than one person)

  • Damage caused by natural events (fire, flood, earthquake, etc.)

  • Use outside reasonable recreational or transportation purposes

In such cases, repair or replacement may still be offered at a cost, subject to manufacturer approval.


Shipping Responsibility

For all warranty claims, shipping the product to GoElectric UAE or directly to the manufacturer (as instructed) will be at the customer’s expense. If the warranty claim is approved, domestic return shipping may be covered by the manufacturer. International shipping costs, whether for warranty or non-warranty cases, remain the customer’s responsibility.

We recommend shipping via FedEx, DHL, or UPS and retaining your tracking number. Insurance for the full retail value is strongly advised.

GoElectric UAE assumes responsibility only for packages that are successfully delivered and signed for at our designated facility. We are not responsible for lost or undelivered shipments.

GoElectric UAE acts solely as a retailer and facilitator between the customer and the brand manufacturer. Final determination of warranty coverage, approval, repair, or replacement is at the sole discretion of the respective manufacturer.
