RETURN POLICY – GOELECTRIC UAE

Due to the nature of electric mobility products and safety regulations, GoElectric UAE enforces a strict return policy.

Returns Eligibility

We accept returns only within seven (7) days from the date of delivery and strictly under the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused and in brand-new condition

  • The product box must be fully sealed, unopened, and untampered

  • All original packaging, seals, labels, and accessories must remain intact

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be provided

✅ Returns will be accepted ONLY if the box remains sealed and the product has not been used or activated.

❌ If the box has been opened, unsealed, or the product shows any sign of use, the return will NOT be accepted under any circumstances.

After 7 days from delivery, no returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted.


Non-Returnable Items

Returns will be refused if:

  • The product box has been opened or unsealed

  • The product has been powered on, used, ridden, or tested

  • The item shows signs of installation, wear, damage, or tampering

  • Safety seals or manufacturer packaging are broken

This policy applies to all electric products, including but not limited to electric skateboards, scooters, bikes, and accessories.


Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact GoElectric UAE within 7 days of delivery. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. The returned item must be securely packaged to prevent damage in transit.


Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your return.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

Shipping costs are non-refundable.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your credit card company (processing times may vary)

  3. Contact your bank for confirmation

GoElectric UAE reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the above conditions, without exception, for safety and hygiene reasons associated with electric mobility products.
